Custom & Personalized Items
Because our products are custom-made and personalized ( Magnet Photo , Button Pin, Custom Rug), all sales are final once production has started.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Customized or personalized items
Items made using photos or designs provided by the customer
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong photo, size, or quantity)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we’ve got you covered.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
Provide clear photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
Include your order number in your message
Once verified, we will offer:
A replacement at no extra cost, or
A refund, depending on the situation
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
